The role
- To increase customer spend within existing customers, through recommending addition service contracts based upon customers needs.
- Identify any areas of concern with the level of service and take ownership to correcting this.
- Provide a high level of service to our customers, making sure that we are following the process end to end.
- Completing and sending quotes, following up to chase back in. Ensuring that the contract is in line with company standards.
- To identify through customer records any areas that will be there for growth.
- Deal with customer requests were appropriate and effective to do so, or direct to correct team for resolution.
- To keep up to date with latest market trends and regulations in order to be knowledgeable and identify possible areas for upsell.
- To always deliver a professional “can do” attitude, representing our company values whilst working within the Commercial Team
- The role will be contacting the customer through various channels and will predominantly be through Telephone, Email and Microsoft Teams
- Communication is key and you will need to be able to liaise with customers internally and externally at the highest level. You will also be open and honest in this communication.
Requirements:
- Experience working with fire and security systems
- Outgoing, proactive, and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
