When I left my previous employment, I was looking for a career change. When I received a phone call from Churchesfire I wasn't sure what to expect as I was new to the industry. I was offered a position as a trainee to attend a house academy. I was trained to be a security alarm technician. It is a job full of challenges but is never boring. Every day with different customers in different places, solving all kinds of problems makes days interesting. Not every day goes the way I would like it, but I can say that I'm very happy in my position. Also, Churchesfire provides opportunities for self-development and additional training, so you feel truly appreciated. I think that I made the right choice to join the team.

My name is Amie and my role with the company is customer support. I've been working with the company since last October and have recently passed my probation. I really enjoy my role with the company. I've had plenty of support and training within the company, progression is always available, and I've just enrolled in a first aid course. Every day is different I deal with customer-based queries on different lines and answer the inbox. Liaising with Technicians and other members of the company. My team leader sets KPIs so always busy, and the day goes super-fast. The office and team I work with are all super supportive, respectful, and helpful to each other.
