Streamlined On-boarding and a Warm Welcome to Churches

As a rapidly expanding business, we regularly recruit new members of staff to join our team both from inside the Fire and Security industry and from elsewhere. In recent months, we have invested heavily in our onboarding and induction process to give new starters the very best experience when they join us, so we caught up with Jo from our HR team to find out exactly what our new starters can expect.

Jo explained that every new starter can now expect to be passed through a consistent induction whereby they will be introduced to all of the main departments within the business over a two day period. Each manager will introduce themselves, explaining a little about how their department fits into the wider business and offering a warm Churches welcome – whatever team you join. Our HR team will keep in contact with our new starters over that initial period to ensure that they settle in to their new roles, and that any questions are resolved promptly.
