New Starter Feedback

"I have been working for Churches Fire for a little over a month, but from day one I have never felt so welcomed within a large company ever before, this has been a total new role for me to learn which was quite daunting but since I started the team could not have been more supportive. They have made sure I have not felt too overwhelmed every step of the way. The training is very thorough covering all aspects of the job, already only one month in I feel confident that the information and advice I am passing on to our customers is correct and trustworthy."

"I started working for Churches Fire in the Dinnington office in March 2023. It has been the best experience ever. The support network hasn’t stopped since the start of training, which still continues today. the training path is such an amazing experience as Churches give you all the tools and tips in order to feel comfortable in the job role. Churches is always full of opportunities and I have been accepted into a new role already in such a short space of time."

Multi Skilled Tech
"My Name is Anthony and I have recently joined Churches Fire as a Multi Skilled Tech, I have been in the Fire Protection Industry for over 25 years and have also been offered a position with Churches before but didn't take it as listening to negatively comments from others within the industry to my loss as I can honestly say Churches Fire have got the right balance and its great working here. I've been given all the support I need and lots more besides there is so much potential here to develop and also with their Profit Share scheme to top up your earnings nothing is hidden it’s like you own your own little Franchise where you decide how you work; you can talk to suppliers and look after your own admin and feel in control but have a fantastic management & office team to back you up. But I must admit there is one negative but only one... I didn't accept my previous job offer earlier. Take it from me Churches Fire is a good company to work for all I would say don't look at the rest just pick the Best "

Security Alarm Technician
"When I left my previous employment, I was looking for a career change. When I received a phone call from Churchesfire I wasn't sure what to expect as I was new to the industry. I was offered a position as a trainee to attend a house academy. I was trained to be a security alarm technician. It is a job full of challenges but is never boring. Every day with different customers in different places, solving all kinds of problems makes days interesting. Not every day goes the way I would like it, but I can say that I’m very happy in my position. Also, Churchesfire provides opportunities for self-development and additional training, so you feel truly appreciated. I think that I made the right choice to join the team."

"My name is Amie and my role with the company is customer support. I've been working with the company since last October and have recently passed my probation. I really enjoy my role with the company. I've had plenty of support and training within the company, progression is always available, and I've just enrolled in a first aid course. Every day is different I deal with customer-based queries on different lines and answer the inbox. Liaising with Technicians and other members of the company. My team leader sets KPIs so always busy, and the day goes super-fast. The office and team I work with are all super supportive, respectful, and helpful to each other."
Rebecca

I am extremely happy to have settled at Churches Fire & Security since joining in January 2021. Although my role can be challenging I times, there is amazing support from my department when I need it. I look forward to developing here over the coming years."

Academy Technician
"I recently joined Churches Fire as an Academy Technician. I have been supplied with a company van and tools and I am already out working alongside a mentor to gain experience in the role, which has been great. I am being provided with all the training I need to develop and progress. Everybody has been very helpful and welcoming during my first few weeks and I am excited for a future with Churches Fire!"
Adam
Domestic Security Technician
"I have recently joined Churches Fire and Security to join their in house training Academy as I have previous experience in electrical and data work. I can honestly say it’s the best decision I have ever made and haven’t looked back since I’m so glad I had the opportunity to join a fantastic and very rapidly growing company. Churches really look after you make you feel very welcome like a family and make sure you have everything you need to succeed through the Academy and get out lone working even after the support network is always there for you. It is a challenge and never the same from day to day but it’s always interesting and the rewards are there for people with the right mind state and right work ethic. Thank you so much Churches Fire and Security."
